This project involved extensive renovation of an existing building located on a farm. A major component of the project was the addition of a “seasonal” bathroom, which involved a pored foundation with a crawl space, new water lines and a hydrant that could be turned off in the winter, septic lines, new electric, hot water tank, plumbing, flooring, and bathroom fixtures. Outside of the bathroom, the entire building received a new roof, new windows, gutters, foundation and brick work up to about 40″ with a limestone ledge. Hardie Board was used as the siding. A drainage system was dug for the downspouts.
